Retired from the U.S. Army as a military musician. It was a great job until 9/11. Am retired here in Arizona, trying to grow stuff in my backyard.
As there's over 300 days of sunshine here in the Valley of the Sun, I finally got some solar installed. I even drive an electric car so I'm puttering around on sunshine, at least some of the time.
Still trying to stay active (scaled Crossfit, running, biking). As someone said, the trick is to die young as late as possible.

The two musicals (Lil' Abner, Oklahoma) were great.

I've stopped running marathons although I'd like to run at least one more sometime. Down to one indoor cat but have several outdoor cats that I've kept around after I had them fixed. (TNR is the way to go with ferals.)
Did we really change into band uniforms for half-time shows while playing football, or am I just having a senior moment?
