An "Afternoon mini" probably wouldn't work for me. Unless, maybe everybody could bring their little rug, and we'll have nap time after our Graham Crackers and milk.

Anna, I didn't count fogs either. We'll have to watch the wooly worms and see how tight the shucks are on the ear. NOAA might do better if they would pay attention to this stuff - and save a few Billion on satellites in the process!

Dick- I must have too much time on my hands !!!! I'm doing lights and a display for Halloween. Hopefully it will keep me from putting up those December lights way too early !!!!!!

Too bad Leanna didn't get to run the Victory Lap - again. What's more, I can't believe nobody invited me to their Hukster party - again.

Wiener Dog watched the game with me (sort of) - again. We snoozed off and on, and had Ribeye steaks. He likes Ribeyes.

Here's my take; You can bet there's a quarterback out there somewhere who thinks he made a mistake!

We gotta work on the penalties game, and it wouldn't hurt to catch an occasional touchdown pass. My advice to Coach; Get more SEALS !!

Next game we'll probably be serving goose eggs.

I crashed a (KSC) Alpha Phi reunion party at the new Cunninghams by the lake a week or ago. I was snuck in by a culprit Suzie D. I was suprised on how many Alpha Phi I actual new. It was a great time. Those old people had a pretty good memory ?

The monarch butterflies are on their fall migration through Kearney. The sky is full of them and you have to be careful when you're driving.

I've been watching them from my patio-what a beautiful and calming site !!!!!!! They do put on a amazing show !!!!!

I watched several monarchs flying around today and they are so beautiful! Funny you and Dick mentioned counting the days of fog! Every time it was foggy I thought I should be counting to see how many days of snow were going to have! Problem is by the time I thought about keeping track I couldn’t remember how many foggy days had passed!! Not to worry as I’m sure someone in FB land has been counting!

Dan, you are always welcome at the Alpha Phi reunions! I didn’t realize you knew so many of us! It was fun to see Deb that night as well!

Fall weather starts tomorrow so stay warm and enjoy! Go Big Red! I’m afraid it’s going to be another long season but we need to give them a couple of years to build the program again! No overnight miracles for the Huskers!

Here's my take; You can bet there's a transfer quarterback sitting on the bench in Oregon who knows he could be getting lots of playing time with the Huksters.

We gotta work on the penalties game, execution, turnovers, special teams, the Blackshirts gotta step up, and it wouldn't hurt to catch an occasional touchdown pass.

My advice to Coach; Get more SEALS !! Not only can they tackle, but they can rip their throats out in the process. That's tough D !!

Sorry I lost out to the coons, Dick! We can usually get some at Calamus but all of their bushes had lost their leaves and most of the fruit! Anything left looked bad! You’re on for next year though!
