Prayers go out to Pam Ball Blessing '69 on the loss of her husband, Ron Blessing '67. Ron was in an accident this morning while working east of Kearney. Ron was an amazing man and will be missed by his family members, friends and the Kearney community.

Ron, Mrs Coppel came to Riverdale after I left there. I did know her as I was in a 4-H club with Carol and Carla. She was an awesome lady. Her nephew, Craig Weber farms my farm and lives just south of me.

Happy birthday to Kathie Dobberstein Jordan!!! Such a Tomboy when we were kids. I doubt if you sat down to pee back then. You were the toughest girl I knew. I remember we used to rassle each other in a big pile of leaves in your front yard with your boxer dog Duke watching. With your mom being an RN there were many times my brothers and I would go to her to patch our bloody knees or elbows.

Thank you Ron. Can't believe I am 70 years old. Yes I was a tomboy growing up but it made me tough for working on the railroad. We had many great times growing up with Kathy, Cindy, Susie, you, Doug and Dave. We had a great neighborhood so blessed to have grown up there.
