Jerry Ohlmann

I just finished looking at all the pics. Wow . . . all good.  Unfortunately my personal photographer neglected to get a group classmate picture. I guess just a good reason to have another reunion.  There was one pic of Mrs Ohlmann with a "bunch of the boys".   Looks like she was having just little too much fun!

Very good pictures from the reunion, almost like being there. Thanks to the folks who took them and posted them.  I have to admit that I have a favorite..."26 of 41" in the Friday night album. It really made me laugh:) Julie, I don't know what subject was being discussed, but I applaude your healthy attitude towards whatever it was πŸ‘

It is a good one Gary but she specifically said not to post that one.  It was too good not to include it though!  We really had a great time!  Sorry you guys missed it!  I am still tired...midnight two nights in a row is pretty late for this old gal!  More pictures have been loaded!  Enjoy!

He put me on and another & also otc. My husband said that he had a good time. I'm not accustomed to staying up that late.  Have a great weekend

 Marlene,

Should have called me Dr. Bob with the for the best

The cure all for what you had the

cure-all for what you have is 2 shots of Jack Daniels with a little honey

And all will be healed  by the way a handle of JD costs about $40.

Hope you feel better

By the way I'm trying the cure myself if you haven't noticed

I almost have my voice back. Boy it's a bummer when you can't talk & only squeak. (Or sing)Thank you for the Rx. It would have been cheaper but I probably wouldn't keep it down. Cuz it would have come right out, one way or another.  Lol Now my husband sounds kinda sickly. I wanted to share!!  A girl friend from 50+ years ago is stopping on her way to Colorado. Have to be well that's for sure. Trying to get meals is interesting. George had to make PB&J a few times & frozen pizza stop at Subway or Dairy Queen. Well, at least the house is not cluttered. We really enjoyed the reunion. See you, when I see ya

I just had a chance to view the pictures from the reunion.  What an amazing group of people that look fantastic!!

I really regret not being able to attend. I was in CA the past two months nursing my daughter who contracted the Delta virus. She's in the .04% of vaccinated people that are considered long haulers. Had she not been vaccinated we would have lost her.  She's still recovering, but now able to care for herself and her son, although she isn't yet able to work.  Damn virus.

Stay well everyone!!

We've been watching the 9/11 remembrances on TV this morning. Still brings tears to my eyes 20 years later. Even more so because of where we are at with the recent events in Afghanistan as well as the 13 military members who lost their lives are now arriving home for burial. May their families and those close to them find comfort.

May we never forget. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Happy birthday to the Rodriguez boys,Xavier & Jonas. Still remember the time Xavier got me in trouble in Miss Hood's 10th grade Spanish class. Our assignment for the day was to be able to say a sentence in Spanish. I saw Mr.X before school and he gave me a sentence to say. My turn came and I stood up  and unknowingly told the whole class "I pick my nose and eat it." A lot of the class laughed  who knew what I said.Miss Hood talked to me after class and I confessed that Xavier had told me to say that. It could have been a lot worse. Thanks Xavier.

Sept.10-11 Larry Kay and I met Gale Epp(69) in Colorado Springs. Gale drove over 800 miles one way to attend. Our H.S. wrestling coach John Perry was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. That was so much fun just to be there when he was honored. They acknowledged about 15 people and inducted 6. Coach Perry was the last one of the night. He was the only one to get a standing ovation and he got one before and after he spoke. Gale was KHS second state champ for coach Perry and he was also a national champ for coach at McCook Jr. College in 1971.  After the banquet, there was a party for coach Perry in a large room. It lasted until about 4:30 our time.Larry and I served as the bartenders and I think we were the only ones who didn't drink, except Dr.Pepper. A few of the people thought Larry and I worked for the Marriott.

Gale took Larry and I to the Garden of the Gods just outside the Springs.I knew Gale was an accomplished photographer, but I didn't know Larry was too.I have never even owned a camera in my life.I told them if they wanted a picture of me to go to any post office and my picture is on the wall there. I think I am still #3. I don't know how Larry's wife even sleeps in the same room with him. He about froze me out that first night.I survived by taking all his covers.

Connie Francis Vincentini passed away Tuesday October 5th in Omaha.  Her services are October 16th at 10:30 at Heafey, Hoffman, Dworak, Cutler Mortuary in Omaha.  It will be live streamed on their Facebook page and/or website.  I tried to locate her obituary but was unsuccessful at this time!  Prayers go out to her husband and children.  She was an exceptional person and great friend to many of us.  Thanks to Barb Parker and Jackie Samway for this information.
