Happy birthday Sandy! Hard to believe this month almost gone already-some needed rain but heat returns soon!
Very fine tribute to Denis here-wish I could attend-my sympathy and best wishes again to all the family, his friends & us all here!
How are you doing now old neighbor & classmate? Enjoying retirement-do you live near the Rockies? Retired last year also-enjoying it & taking trips-one in about 2 months to Jax, FL & area probably-to see sister also & CW & former Pres.Carter sites in GA-take care-wish I was in the Mountains where a lot cooler now-later!
Good write-up however most of us who knew him know that he was a Walmart Greeter also for many years I believe & had a bad stroke years before but kept up getting around regardless with support from his wife, family & friends! He also was an active youth leader-in both sports & I believe church also. When living in Kearney & going to KSC we were active together in FBC's BYF then & traveled to different places like Scottsbluff in the early 1970's I remember for one!
RIP good friend-my sincere sympathy to all his family & friends-he is missed & will always be remembered now! Joe C. Mettenbrink
Sorry about Alan's passing-didn't think he had major health problems but was a very nice guy & my sympathy to all his family-he will truly be missed by all or class & many friends!
